Welcome to Nexo Ride. By booking or using our self-drive car and bike rental services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

 

Eligibility

  • The minimum driver age must be 21 years.
  • A valid driving license and original government-issued ID proof are mandatory at the time of vehicle delivery.
  • Only the registered customer is allowed to drive the rented vehicle.

 

Booking & Vehicle Availability

  • Vehicle bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
  • Booking cancellation charges may apply depending on cancellation timing.
  • Nexo Ride reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of policy violation or incorrect information provided by the customer.

 

Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle delivery.
  • The deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection and clearance of any pending charges or damages.

 

Fuel Policy

  • Fuel charges are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  • Customers must return the vehicle with the same fuel level provided at the time of delivery.

 

Vehicle Usage Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Rash or dangerous driving
  • Racing or stunt driving
  • Off-roading
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Carrying illegal substances
  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Using the vehicle for unlawful activities

Violation of these policies may result in booking cancellation, penalties, or legal action.

 

Damage & Responsibility

  • Customers are fully responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
  • Traffic challans, parking fines, toll charges, and other penalties during the rental period must be paid by the customer.
  • In case of accident or breakdown, the customer must inform Nexo Ride immediately.

 

Vehicle Return Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned on time as agreed during booking.
  • Extra charges may apply for late returns.
  • Vehicles should be returned in clean condition.

 

Limitation of Liability

Nexo Ride will not be responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Delays caused by traffic or weather conditions
  • Any indirect loss or inconvenience during the rental period

 

Policy Updates

Nexo Ride reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
